First, you'll be served with our homemade welcome drink made from local ingredients and some small bites a dip with nyonya sambal belacan. To start with, we have 3 appetizers 1. Homemade kueh pie tee shell with braised turnip 2. Ngo hiong (hand chopped pork with prawn roll) 3. Charcoal grill chicken skewer After the appetizers you'll be served with a bowl of hot salted vegetable duck meat ball soup. Next is the 5 main dishes with multigrain fragrance rice. 1. Wing Bean Salad with Herbs & Calamansi dressing, 2. Wagyu Beef Short Ribs Rendang 3. Barramundi Fish Assam Pedas 4. Ayam Buah Keluak 5. Sotong Masak Hitam (wok fried squid with squid ink) Lastly, dessert is local chendol, a bowl of shave ice topped with pandan jelly, gula malacca, red bean, coconut milk. Lastly, while Danny is preparing the food and you will also have a chance to make a bowl of local chendol on your own.
