We'll have breakfast at a traditional "fonda", a small family-run restaurant that serves amazing homemade food in clay pots, before heading to a local market to buy fresh products. Then we will go to "tortillería" and to my house to cook with our Chef Fer some traditional food for lunch and taste beer, tequila and mezcal. You'll also learn about the different salsas and "moles" to accompany these typical corn-based appetizers. To finish off, we will cook a delicious dessert with tropical fruit. All inclusive!
