As soon as we drink our Espresso we will walk towards the olive grove, where our goats live, I will explain something about the olive tree and then we will milk the animals under the watchful eyes of our shepherd dogs: Tosco, Lola, Enzo and Carla, we will taste the milk directly in the fields or we could return to the Borgo and boil it, once back we will have the opportunity to taste our oil, strictly organic, with a "snack" that belongs to the Tuscanian peasant tradition, the famous Fett'unta, toasted bread, garlic and oil.

Me and my family own this Borgo from 1972, we opened our agriturismo in 1985 so this is the thirty-third year of activity, we are very excited to open the doors of our lifestyle to all the people who want to know it, we would like to let people understand how the countryside's work can relax them and make them feel satisfied.

What a great experience! Emile is so kind and passionate about what he does! We got to know each other as people and gave us lots of information about the animals and farm. Our milking instructor was excellent and patient as well. The animals are adorable and goat milking is quite an experience!

Great experience getting to tour the grounds, meeting the animals and chatting with the hosts. Emil was very friendly and very knowledgable about all the animals and the way the operation works. The food tasting was great too. Would definitely recommend!
