We'll make our way to one of Nairobi's most beautiful green spaces, where we'll gather for a fitness bootcamp focused on bonding and community interaction. We'll jump right in, using the natural surroundings of the forest as our equipment for a high-impact workout. We'll end the afternoon with a deep tissue massage and bonding session doing a walk around the lush forest.
Taxi ride to Karura.
North of central Nairobi, Karura Forest is one of the few natural forests in the city. It was gazetted in 1932, and is the largest of the city's three gazetted forests.
Moderate level of fitness required to safely enjoy this. If you are comfortable hitting the gym for 30 minutes doing various medium intensity workouts you should be fine to do this experience.
