COVID-19 modifications!!! Because of corona the experience is now available for only one person at the time. There are some changes. First of all the workshop is held now only outside. We wear mouthcaps and keep the social distancing of 1,5 meter. Instead of the two hours workshop, it's now a one hour workshop. We stay in quiet streets and respect other users of the street!!!
Get a real experience street photography in a journalistic way. What does it mean? I'll teach you how to look in a context, to make pictures with several meaningful layers in one shot. Once you've had that experience and show your pictures, people see more than just a snapshot.
We'll start with a short talk on the deck at my houseboat. Just to get an impression of what you know about photography.
How you act, approach and contact your subject is one of the subjects we will talk about during our walk.
If you want to follow the workshop on a date or time that's not in the calendar, don't hesitate! Send me an email so we can see if it's possible on the date you prefer.

We walk in the center of the city, only one step away from my boat. I tell you about the life in the city where I was raised. We can go to a small street with facade bricks and an old wall or just walk around. All locations are suitable for making pictures in the way I will speak about in the workshop. I give you tips about or answer questions how to make that picture that has the right atmosphere you experienced.

I gave the experience as a gift to my partner. Ingrid was very nice in communication pre-experience, she carefully explained how to find her. My partner really enjoyed his time during the workshop. Ingrid is not only a very skilled photographer and wonderful workshop host, she also manages to give each participant personal attention and advice. Tapping into your creativity is suddenly a lot easier with Ingrid by your side.
We booked this private workshop for our family of four and Ingrid made it great fun for both kids ánd parents. The kids actually lost track of time - there isn’t a bigger compliment ;-)

I had such a lovely time and learned so much from Ingrid! After we went over some theory and examples, we went out to shoot. She was so patient and helpful when I was trying to compose and frame my photos, and she gave great feedback! Would highly recommend!

Ik heb deze workshop als verjaardagscadeau voor mijn vriend geboekt. Zelf ben ik professioneel studio en architectuur fotograaf maar op het gebied van straat-fotografie is mijn kennis en passie wat minder goed.
Bij Ingrid is er aan kennis en passie op dit gebied geen gebrek, en we hebben allebei veel geleerd tijdens deze workshop.
Ingrid was ook heel goed in staat om de informatie af te stemmen op ons verschillend kennis niveau.
Door haar individuele aanpak werden we allebei uitgedaagd. Daarnaast was het ook nog eens super gezellig!
Als je in korte tijd je fotografie skills een grote boost wil geven dan is deze workshop the place to be!
