The experience begins with a one and half mile hike up into Monrovia Canyon, followed by a forest therapy session in the style of Shinrin Yoku. We will awaken our senses, slow down, and reconnect with the forest and with ourselves. At the end of our walk, we will have a candlelit tea ceremony by the waterfall and feast on the best cookie in Los Angeles. This experience is an opportunity to witness the forest's transition from day into night, light into darkness. Come escape the neon lights and find a sense of tranquility and calm in the forest.

Monrovia Canyon is one of the only sections of the Angeles National Forest that allows visitors at night. It is a stunning trail with a waterfall fed by an underground spring so it never runs dry.
