In the below I am telling details of our foods Sarma: This food is made by special leaf ( we use 3 different type of leaves), vegetables, rice and Turkish seasonings Manti: it is made by homemade bread, meat and special souse. Cacik: it is famous appetiser of Turkish meals. It is like a salad and main indegridents are cucumber, garlic and yoghurt Sherbet : it is a beverage that comes From Ottoman Empire kitchens. We will use 2 different plants for it
This organisation would be in our home. I live with my close friend. She is from hatay and I am from Adana. Hatay and adana are 2 cities in the south part of turkey. These cities are popular with their deliciousness foods. Maybe you hear Adana kebab. Adana is hometown of kebab in turkey. We have really large living room, a terrace that sees Bosporus. We will cook in our kitchen, eat in our living room and have a turkish tea in our terrace.
