體驗簡介

Depending on weather conditions, we'll either meet at the eagle statue, then to gorgeous Macka park for the meditation  and Wim Hof breathing techniques, or directly at home. Start: breathing method by WIM HOF; is a must! It completely relaxes body & mind. This practice is very intense and should be done laying down and with an empty stomach. Practising the Wim Hof several times a week provides incredible benefits; it's an Alzheimer preventive amongst other diseases, also renders the body ALKALINE.   I'll guide you into the meditation while listening to music played at a healing frequency. You'll drift away, ground yourself, stay in the present moment and feel completely relaxed and renewed. There's also a visualisation segment. After the meditation, we'll prepare the Ayurvedic medicine. I'll explain how to create 2 different quite potent remedies using only spices, natural ingredients and 2 common organic oils. These remedies are preventive medicine which work as antioxidants & anti inflammatory amongst other benefits. Before finishing the session, we can drink tea/coffee, smoothie, fruits, yogurt n nuts or a vegan option. You'll take your ayurvedic samples home to have it as part of your nutritional diet. When we finish (within 3 hours) I can recommend  local places for brunch, or join one of my other experiences: "VEGETARİAN food tour" or "coffee, lunch+shopping"

I'm Andi; Mexican w-Spanish & French-Basque parents. I've studied in Thailand, Mexico, USA, Turkey & UK: Fine Art, classic photography, Tourism, languages n well-being methods, such as massage techniques: Ashiatsu, Thai, reflexology, Deep-Tissue, Oil, reiki etc. Travelled to 70 countries, understand 7 languages. I love walking, cycling, outdoor sports, Frisbee n keeping active. I'm chilled, full of energy and love to laugh! I meditate w-visualisations, often incorporating the Wim Hof breathing method. To raise my vibration and healing energy; I became a vegetarian 6 years ago. Also I incorporate some shamanic knowledge from my birth country of MEXICO. I'm what people commonly refer as a healer. I have worked as a freelance in several countries and constantly learning more methods, ancient and new techniques to improve myself.

最多可供5位年滿14歲的旅人參加。 The meeting times are a bit flexible; can be as early as 8 am or later up to 11:00 am. Also possible afternoon sessions on mutual agreement. Please do get in touch at least 24 h before in case you need a different start time.

comfortable walking shoes or tennis and loose & comfy clothing to sit down to meditate and for the walking parts

Due to the intensity of the Wim Hof breathing method, it's highly recommend to do it on an empty stomach. Dress properly for the seasonal weather, some walking involved, wear comfortable shoes. Other times to start the activity can be arranged at least 24 hours prior.
