Depending on weather conditions, we'll either meet at the eagle statue, then to gorgeous Macka park for the meditation and Wim Hof breathing techniques, or directly at home. Start: breathing method by WIM HOF; is a must! It completely relaxes body & mind. This practice is very intense and should be done laying down and with an empty stomach. Practising the Wim Hof several times a week provides incredible benefits; it's an Alzheimer preventive amongst other diseases, also renders the body ALKALINE. I'll guide you into the meditation while listening to music played at a healing frequency. You'll drift away, ground yourself, stay in the present moment and feel completely relaxed and renewed. There's also a visualisation segment. After the meditation, we'll prepare the Ayurvedic medicine. I'll explain how to create 2 different quite potent remedies using only spices, natural ingredients and 2 common organic oils. These remedies are preventive medicine which work as antioxidants & anti inflammatory amongst other benefits. Before finishing the session, we can drink tea/coffee, smoothie, fruits, yogurt n nuts or a vegan option. You'll take your ayurvedic samples home to have it as part of your nutritional diet. When we finish (within 3 hours) I can recommend local places for brunch, or join one of my other experiences: "VEGETARİAN food tour" or "coffee, lunch+shopping"

Due to the intensity of the Wim Hof breathing method, it's highly recommend to do it on an empty stomach. Dress properly for the seasonal weather, some walking involved, wear comfortable shoes. Other times to start the activity can be arranged at least 24 hours prior.
