We will go for a walk along a green area and learn about the plants living in it. As we identify them we will talk about ecology and traditional uses, gather and taste a few. Guests will receive a booklet detailing some of the plants and a follow up email with links for further research. No previous experience necessary, just bring along your keen eyes for the nature of the antipodeans.

We will walk along the Cooks River, a small water body in the Inner West of Sydney, home to a great variety of coastal, fresh water and scrub species. We will identify and learn about a minimum of 20 edible and/or medicinal plants.
