As Nutrition Coach, I promise you that we will not talk about diets or calories, but rather I will show you some strategies and tricks to eat less and to eat with pleasure that you can use during your holidays and also when you are back home. The dinner will be held at a magical place just south of Florence: between the famous and historic Ugolino Golf course, and the beautiful Villa Ugolino, which dates back to the 15th century. Our house is a converted greenhouse. We will be surrounded by gardens where we will pick herbs and fruit (depending on the season) to be used in our dinner. But of course, before getting started, we'll take a break to have a smoothie . Together we will prepare 3 simple, light and delicious dishes. During dinner we will eat, of course, but as a Nutrition Coach, I will also show you how to eat slowly and everything you want, while sipping a glass of wine, and you will leave surprised that you actually ate less. Plus, you will take home some tricks you can use on a daily basis and new recipes to boot.

We will meet in Florence at piazza Beccaria in front of the UniCreditBanca and our nice travel by bus will take 30 minutes. Our house is a converted greenhouse which used to hold the property lemon and orange trees.
