Set in the grounds of the 17th century country house, Middleton Hall, this beautiful, recently refurbished 3 bedroom country cottage is perfect to explore Derbyshire and surrounding areas. In the heart of Stoney Middleton, nestled in a peaceful courtyard setting, you’ll find yourself in the perfect location for walking, climbing, cycling or relaxing and enjoying the beautiful Peak District. Chatsworth House and Bakewell being a short drive away with doorstep walks to many picturesque locations.

This isn’t a place for late nights or busy schedules. Top Riley is designed exclusively for grown-ups, for those who enjoy simple days, a good walk, somewhere interesting to visit, and time to properly switch off. Hollow Brook offers a little more room to spread out, while still keeping that sense of calm and quiet. It’s for those who want a slower pace, without feeling on top of each other. Days spent out exploring in the beautiful Peak District, evenings in, warm, comfortable and unhurried.

Idyllic, The Coach House, Ashford-in-the-Water

This two bed cottage is in an idyllic rural location with breath-taking views. Walk through fields onto a footpath down to the picturesque village of Ashford-in-the-Water or uphill to the drama of Monsal Head. Please note - bathroom refurbishment completed March 2026. The Coach House will still offer one full family bathroom for guests to share (with sink, loo, shower-over-bath). The new en-suite ‘dressing room’ will contain a sink, toilet and vanity area but it no longer has a separate shower.

Welcome to Fern Cottage, a charming characterful 17th century stone built lead miners dwelling with its exposed beams and original grit stone fireplace. Located in the picturesque village of Foolow in the centre of the Peak District National Park. Foolow (originally "la foulowe" - 1284) meaning a hill frequented by birds, is one of the hidden gems of the Peak District. Within easy travel to many Peak District attractions and walks. We warmly welcome well behaved doggies.

Rokeby Cottage has recently been refurbished to provide a comfortable relaxing stay any time of the year. Nestled within the Hope Valley, Hathersage offers exceptional walks from the front door ranging from circular 3 mile strolls to all-day hikes. Rokeby Cottage is a 5 minute walk from the village centre which hosts a great range of excellent pubs, cafes and shops.
