The house is located by the sea with a view of the fjord. On the other side of the fjord is Kalsoy, where the last James Bond film ended. The 150-year-old Pershús has recently been renovated. It is perfect for couples and families with children. There is opportunity for activities. Quiet walks and hiking. The local å Storá is everyone's playground. Good opportunities to dip in the gorge natural harbor Gjógvin. (NEVER DIP ALONE). Or just enjoy life with the fantastic view from the hot tub.

Da huset fremover skal langtidsudlejes er den inderste stue tømt og derfor er der ikke nogen sofa. Huset har ellers køkken, vaskekælder og stort grønt areale samt en terrasse.
