The villa is located in the northern part of Tel Aviv, in a very quiet, green and peaceful neighborhood (Tel Baruch), and is stylishly decorated. The location will not only give you easy access to Tel Aviv city center, but also to all major highways which will take you anywhere in the country. The sea is less than 10 minutes away by car, and the beautiful Yarkon park is within walking distance. There you can enjoy bike riding, Segway tours, wall climbing, barbecuing and much more. The villa itself will pamper you with a high standard of living: there are 3 fully furnished bedrooms, 2 beautiful balconies, 3 TV sets (with cables), an internet connection for your free use, airconditioning, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer etc. You can enjoy sitting by the pool, under a grape vine, listening to wind chimes. Walking dist.: 2 min. from Synagogue, 10 min. from city center. 12 min to the beach (driving).
