Updated private two bedroom in heart of Montclair

A complimentary bottle of red wine is included with each stay by default. The space is quiet for Montclair yet centrally located. Our cleaner Mikki is responsible for cleaning and preparing the space. She takes great pride in her work, and we’re lucky to have her. The entire cleaning fee goes to her. This newly renovated 2nd floor apartment with a modern chic décor has everything you can possibly need in one place- fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, washer & dryer, large couch, big screen TV. There’s space to comfortably accommodate up to 3 people in this 1 bedroom / 1 bath apartment (3rd person can be accommodated on the large comfortable couch). Coded private entrance located to the front of the house. Outdoor amenities to enjoy as well.

Our two-bedroom, floor-through apartment is in a prime, walkable location. The scenic Croton Aqueduct Trail is behind the house, with Hudson River views. Within walking distance is the train to NYC (30-40 min away) or Hudson Valley towns; coffee, restaurants, shops, parks, the supermarket & farmers market. It's pet-friendly and perfect for family visits, NYC escapes, scouting out the town for prospective moves, and waiting out home renovations. We reserve a parking spot for guests.

This spacious 1 bedroom 2 bed lower level apartment has accommodations for entertainment and exercise. It has a separate entrance and 1 free parking on premises. It is conveniently located where the side street goes right into Garden State Mall and NYC via bus or driving in minutes. Fully equipped kitchen and wifi for comfortable workspace. In extra efforts to ensure our guests are comfortable, we provide coffee and tea to help them get the day started with a good foot forward.
