Main house has 5 bedrooms plus a loft, 3 full baths, kitchen, den and laundry. Relax and watch your family in the lake, and eagles circle from the screened gazebo. Enjoy the grandchildrens playhouse. Attached apartment has two big rooms, that sleeps 10 with a full bath; all connected by a huge deck with BBQ and firepit!

This architecturally designed house sits on top of Eden Isle on a lush private lot where you can watch the birds, fox, and deer while sipping your morning Joe or evening cocktail. Early morning walks rate a 10! The property side yard is suitable for bocci ball and volley ball (fun!). There are three bedrooms, including one king room with an en suite bath.

Close to the lake or river, where you can enjoy beach time by visiting Sandy Beach on Greers Ferry lake or go trout fishing on the Little Red River, each just a few minutes away! Hikers will enjoy visiting Sugarloaf Mountain and Bridal Veil Falls nearby. You will be close to shopping, restaurants and gas stations.
