After a fun day visiting your student or a great win at Spooky Nook, come explore the city for dinner and drinks. We have been called "cozy", "thoughtful" and "charming". We are within walking distance of many restaurants and very close to the DORA district. Off-street parking and in-unit laundry!

You may fish in the lake if you'd like, or take a ride in the paddle boat, or simply enjoy sitting on the porch listening to the birds. Chances are, you may spot wild turkey or whitetail deer scampering by.

Three minute walk to the park, 7 minute walk to the local entertainment district.
