Cricklewood Farmstay, Alpaca walk and hot tub

Just under 10 minutes from Fairlie, 40 min from Lake Tekapo and only 1.5 hr from MT Cook, is our super cute historic Farmers cottage. Watch and pet our friendly animals from the cottage and experience some of the best star gazing in New Zealand from our beautiful hot tub. During your stay we offer a free animal tour of 1 hour, whereby you will visit some of our friendly animals incl bottle feeding our pet lambs (Aug-Dec), an Alpaca walk 🦙, and our friendly horses, cats, dogs and chickens 🥰

Struan Farm Retreat Geraldine

Beautiful native trees and birdsong surround your own peaceful, private, and quiet cottage and gardens. We have a star gazing area where you will be awed by the clear sky and see the Milky Way and all the constellations. Our Retreat Cottage is very well equipped with everything you need, including a 3 pin EV charging port. Your hosts, Drew and Sally, will meet you and show you around their small farm including cows, chickens and native birds, and browse the large vegetable gardens and orchard.

Gullie

1930's Carriage, microwave, electric jug, toaster, cutlery, crockery, fridge, heating, TV , double bed, electric blanket, it is a 30 metre walk to seperate shared bathroom and shower room. Small basic shared kitchen facilities and coin operated laundry available. Lovely private deck with seating, free wifi. Linen, towels, shampoo and conditioner are included. Due to the location of the Gullie on the property and as a courtesy to other guests we can not accept bookings requiring a late check in.

Enjoy a starry, chocolate treat on arrival then head outside to relax in the hammock or take a drive down the famous Mackenzie Starlight Highway to soak up the glacier lake views at Lake Tekapo and starry night skies at Mt. John Observatory. Back to Lucky Star Cottage - fall asleep beneath the stars: Stargaze from the comfort of your own bed, through the master bedroom roof windows . Fill up on a free breakfast (including our very own free range eggs) before you leave. Have a WONDER-FULL stay!

Gray Street Cottage + free gym access

A pinch of character, a dash of cute and a good dose of comfort. We love our centrally located cottage and we're certain you will too. Just minutes' walk from the main street, views of the local golf course, complimentary access to the local gym - The Local Project; we aim to provide a cozy haven for you to relax in, in our little town. We comfortably accommodate 3 people, are family friendly & a cot can be available upon request. Off street parking & established gardens for your enjoyment.

Timms Cottage

Timms Cottage is a rustic farm cottage and allows you to relax with an indoor outdoor space giving you breath taking views of Mt Dobson, Fox Peak and our farm. The cottage is situated behind the family homestead within our garden on our farm, providing a peaceful and private setting. We are a working farm. We are 10 km from Fairlie which has some great eating places, 3 km from Lake Opuha and half an hour from Mount Dobson and Fox Peak. Tekapo and Geraldine are only half an hour away.

Bedeshurst bnb - An ideal stop 10km from Fairlie

Bedeshurst bnb is a cosy, private studio unit which is situated on our farm under the foothills of the Southern Alps, in the South Island of NZ. We are in the countryside, an 8-10 minute drive from the small town of Fairlie on a gravel/shingle no-exit road. We live in a beautiful, quiet part of the country and the unit has amazing views across our farm and to the mountains beyond. Our farm has great walking and biking tracks, so if this interests you then please just ask.

Wander Lodge - Cosy cottage in the forest.

Cosy cottage set in two hectares of forest. Log burner, outdoor pizza oven, well equipped kitchen, beautiful surroundings. Build huts, lay in the hammock or relax under the stars in the outdoor bath. Fully fenced so safe for kids to play & explore. Great for the snow in winter and lakes in summer. 30min to Dobson ski area, 45min to Fox Peak, 50 min to Roundhill. Lake Opuha 10 min. Take a day trip to Lake Tekapo (25min) to enjoy Tekapo Springs and Mt John Observatory.

Come and enjoy a stay on our beautiful lavender and olive farm, with breathtaking mountain views. The Barn has 1 queen-sized bed, 1 sofa bed and private bathroom. There is a microwave, fridge and bbq, tea, coffee, crockery etc You can picnic in the gardens or say hello to the dogs, cats, sheep, & alpacas! Breakfast cereals, bread, jams, coffee, teas etc are provided . You can also treat yourself from our range of natural lavender products in our on-site shop.
