Romantic Cottage in a Historic Setting in Nashville

We have recently added a second cottage with a bedroom and en suite bathroom with its own private entrance off the porch. Pasquo cottage is set on the hillside of a 5-acre property, next to a 200-year-old home that served as a hospital in the civil war. It's on the western edge of Nashville, off Highway 100 and Sneed Road. The famous Loveless cafe is one mile away. We are 15 minutes from downtown Franklin, 25 minutes to Leaper's Fork, 15 minutes to Green Hills, 20 minutes to Downtown, 30 minutes to the Fontanel. Grocery, Starbucks, and restaurants are less than 5 minutes away in Bellevue. And don't forget the Loveless Cafe! Our closest restaurant to the house is world-famous for their biscuits, southern food, BBQ, and shops. Uber/Lyft available.

Attached to the back of our home, this separate entrance, mother-in-law suite in West Nashville offers a 700 square foot space that includes one bedroom with a queen memory foam mattress, living room, large bathroom with double sinks, rain shower, kitchenette, table for two, dedicated work space, and high speed wifi. Whispering Waters Cabin by the Creek

Whispering Waters offers a quiet space to relax and enjoy your time spent away from home. It is a four room cabin adjacent to Caney Fork Creek, which feeds into the South Harpeth River in Fernvale. The cabin easily hosts four guests. The queen size bed is complimented by a sleeper sofa in the living room, which sleeps two as well. It's an intimate space located in a lovely setting. Enjoy nature as you sit around the fire pit or play horseshoes, creating a relaxing getaway with the beauty Tennessee has to offer! Dogs are welcome (50lb limit, max of 2).

Hobo's Hideaway offers a spacious and relaxing country setting. We are located 5 minutes from the Historic Liepers Fork area. We are minutes from the beautiful Natchez Trace. Nashville is an approximate 40 minute drive; Franklin is a 15-20 minute drive. Airport is approximately 45 minutes. Quick access to I-840 exchange makes the Spring Hill area very convenient. Unplug and escape to the to this cozy studio space on 10 acres in the Tennessee woods. With a private entrance off the back deck, full kitchen and king bed you can enjoy the quiet of nature. Located 8 miles off the Natchez Trace Parkway, 15 miles from Leipers Fork and Franklin-40 minutes from Nashville Please note: We now have StarLink internet on the guest WiFi network. Piney River Farmhouse

Welcome to our guest house, located on the Piney River in Dickson County. This private, gated home is located only a few miles off of I-40, 10 minutes from downtown Dickson, and 45 minutes from downtown Nashville. This private space is above the garage and features 650 sq ft of livable space, an office area with wifi, as well as a refrigerator, Keurig, microwave, toaster, and a TV with plenty of cable channels (plus a fire stick for streaming).

The Treehouse Cabin

Beautiful, secluded property 20 minutes from downtown Nashville. Feels like a treehouse! Guests have access to entire property. The apartment has a kitchen, bed, bathroom, and fireplace. There is a large living room with a sitting area, pub table, big screened TV, and couches. To top it all off, guests have a screened-in gazebo with a gas fire pit. You can not beat the serenity or the views! Only 5 minutes to local stores & restaurants.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, enjoy the farm life as well as a quiet setting while being a short drive to Nashville, Franklin, Dickson and more. There is room for your horses as well if that is a need. Less than 15 mins from 1-40 and an easy drive and plenty of parking for a larger rig.
