Easy-Breezy Cabin is a newly remodeled retreat designed for relaxation and fishing. The multi-level cabin features two bright comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, dining area, a TV room, and a breakfast nook that has a view of the Arroyo. The cabin has an outdoor space where guests can unwind. A spacious pier extends over the water with a clean-up area and sink for cleaning fish, covered seating, and two floodlights making it an excellent spot for night fishing.

Our Baffin on the Rocks Cabins are newly renovated and equipped with a full kitchen and BBQ pit. Each Cabin has two bedrooms (2 queen beds per room), two bathrooms, and a fold-out sofa in the living area. Each cabin has access to the shared pavilion area with a foosball, pool and poker tables. We have 300’ lighted pier for some great fishing, and swimming pool to cool off. Large picnic area shaded by mesquite tree's and plenty of space for outdoor sports fishing kayaks and paddle boards.

The cabin’s purpose is comfort and relaxation - comfy sofas, pool table, spacious accommodations, and a direct connection with the outdoors. In the late evening/early morning enjoy go outside on the dock to fish or sit and watch the traffic on the Arroyo. Great place to destress. *Due to the nature of the area, there are frequent internet, water, and power outages.
