Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Caratteristico appartamento di circa 100 mq. ristrutturato nel 2017, ricavato all'interno di un'antica villa da una scuderia di inizio 1900. L' alloggio è silenzioso, fresco anche durante le calde giornate estive, dista 5 minuti di auto dal centro storico di Intra. Meine Ferienwohnung gehört zu Ronco und hat eine grandiose Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Entfernung bis zum Dorf Ronco: 10 Min zu Fuss. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.

Questa abitazione offre una vista impareggiabile sul lago e sulle montagne, regalando ogni giorno scenari mozzafiato. Situata in una zona verde e tranquilla, baciata dal sole e immersa nella natura, rappresenta un'oasi di serenità a pochi passi dai servizi. In soli 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro storico del villaggio, con tutte le sue bellezze e comodità. L'accesso in auto è agevole, garantendo comodità e privacy in un contesto unico e privilegiato.

Flowers & lake, the Golden Camellia, ground floor

A tiny and charming ground floor of a guesthouse, fully equipped, dating back to late ‘800, just restaured, in a garden of camellias, villa Anelli, with view on lake Maggiore. it is only reachable via feet. The romantic veranda, with glass walls, faces camellias blooming in springtime and winter, green during summer. It seems an english cottage, perfect for a couple with a son. The beds are a king one and eventually an extra bed.
