Serenity @ Scamander is a 1 bedroom privately owned unit in a bush setting. It's location and outlook is a feature which includes both the Scamander River and the stunning coastline. The unit is part of our property which privately sits below our residence with private entrance and plenty of car parking. The unit comprises of 1 bedroom with bathroom/laundry and a separate toilet. A well equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge space/TV area with single sofa bed. WIFI ☑️

The beach house faces north to get all day sun and is very sheltered, there are two decks to sit and enjoy the sunshine and a refreshing drink.

Unit has sea views from deck. Bar, beer and wine tasting and sales at the Iron House brewery located in the main Whitesands Estate building.
