Located above a seasonal restaurant, with 5 open air restaurants (2 on each side, & were in the middle with our restaurant Lobsterville Bar & Grille below)

“Cozy Cottage” on Great Bay

Our Cozy waterfront cottage is located 120ft from great bay. Our closest beach is 2.5 miles and we are 4 miles from the center of town. Equipped with gas heat and Central A/C. We also have a gas fired fireplace to keep you cozy. Outside shower for days at the beach. We have one single kayak, two double Kayaks, a rowboat and a canoe for a scenic view of Great Bay. Quiet spot.

Absolutely Adorable 4 Bedroom Ranch

Property is very close to beach at lovely, freshwater Jenkins Pond. This nicely furnished rental has a fabulous lower level family/TV room with add'l sleeping area and a full bath. Outdoors there is a large yard with a large deck and outside shower during the summer season. Minimum 2-night stay, rates may vary depending on season, weekly and monthly rate available.

The Carriage house is very homey and in a nice quiet setting. The house is surrounded by gardens, providing plenty of privacy. There is a nice outdoor space with a table and chairs and a grill to cook on as well. There is also central air throughout the entire house. Newly renovated kitchen and new furnishings throughout the space.
