A short distance from The Wild Atlantic Way, The Birdbox is ideal for a fun, peaceful getaway or a great base from which to explore Donegal.

The ⁠Fireside Library

Nestled in the serene countryside of County Donegal, our cozy retreat offers a unique blend of history, nature and comfort. Inch Island is known for its stunning, peaceful nature and renowned bird watching. Our property dates back to the 1600s when it operated as a farm. Our basement library is a book lover’s dream, featuring an extensive collection of books both old and new. There are also board games and large collection of DVD´S with a TV in the bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

Hannah's Thatched Cottage

Hannahs thatched cottage (pet friendly!) is one of the last remaining original thatched cottages in Inishowen. The cottage has recently and lovingly been restored to the highest standards. Hannahs is a perfect base for those who are looking for an adventure, surrounded by some of Irelands best hill walking trails, cleanest beaches and most breath-taking scenery. Secluded Coastal Retreat

Perched on the edge of a tranquil harbour, this bungalow boasts wraparound vistas of the sea and Arranmore Island. Sliding glass doors open the lounge-diner onto the terrace where you can step outside and take in the coastal setting. The location is quiet and secluded and yet still just a short, scenic walk from the town of Burtonport.

Restored Sheep Farmer's Cottage -Wild Atlantic Way

This tastefully restored formed Sheep Farmer's cottage is ideal base for your visit to Donegal. Located on the Wild Atlantic Way just outside the village of Kilcar with Sleive League to the West and Killybegs and Donegal town to the south. This is an ideal place to settle into for a night or two and return to each evening after visiting the beautiful Donegal countryside. There are wonderful views from the cottage of Sleive League (Sliabh Liag) beyond.

Stunning house, stunning sea views from own hottub

An architecturally designed modern home on the Wild Atlantic Way, overlooking a wild bird sanctuary with an elevated bird hide at the bottom of the garden; binoculars and bird books in the library. The house is a short drive to Malinhead with its Northern Lights and its Star Wars' location and yet only 2 kms out from Malin Village. The beautiful Five Fingers Strand is a short drive or longer walk away. The hottub is also available for guests.

The Barn

Entire place . Lovely light airy place with sea views, open fire , sleeps 2. Own entrance to entire place panoramic sea views with access to beach from property . Fully equipped kitchen, complimentary tea & coffee and some kitchen basics oil, flour salt pepper. Dining area, sitting room and ensuite double bedroom. Shower room downstairs in our antique shop which is opened 1-5 during the summer months. WIFI , Netflix .

Mamore Cottage (Mary's)

Mary's cottage is a (pet friendly) traditional thatched Irish cottage that has been carefully restored and is fully heated with all mod cons. Features such as the bog oak roof, open turf fire, flagged stone floor and antique pine furniture create a timeless and relaxing atmosphere. Mary's cottage is featured on the stunning 'Wild Atlantic Way' and is surrounded by breathtaking views of the Urris Hills and beaches.

Katies Cottage - Bright, Modern with Seaside Views

Have fun with the whole family at this modern stylish house with fabulous views of Sheephaven Bay and Muckish mountain all within walking distance of stunning Blue flag beaches, local pubs (Harbour Bar), restaurants, shops and the Rosapenna golf course. Enjoy outside living with mountain climbing, forest and costal walks, water sports, golf all within two kilometres of Katies Cottage.

Mary Carpenter's Cottage

Mary Carpenter's Cottage is a beautifully restored original thatched cottage located in Clonmany Co. Donegal. Located 2.5km from Clonmany village. This house is over 150 years old and has been tastefully renovated to include its beautiful original features alongside modern conveniences. The house has recently been featured in a documentary on vernacular houses in Co. Donegal.
