Casa perfetta per bikers con garage per biciclette. All’esterno un grande giardino completamente recintato ed un patio in esclusiva dove è servita la colazione. Barbecue a disposizione. Attigua alla pista ciclabile del fiume Marecchia raggiungibile dal giardino. Sistemazione ideale per esplorare la Valmarecchia.

The villa overlooks the sea, the sunrise can be seen from every room and the sun kisses the living room, the large palm and olive trees. Five independent rooms for 7 beds that can become up to 10 if necessary. A thousand square meters of independent and fenced garden. A large terrace for summer dining. Five minutes drive from the historic city center (pedestrian area/main square) of Pesaro and less than two minutes to get on the beach. The house is accessed through a private road so, no traffic.

Belle petite maison, proche Fano, plages, colline

A juste 5 mn du centre ville de Fano, charmante petite maison au milieu de sa verdure, avec pinède et plantes variées, proche de Fano et de la mer. Du charme, vue vers la mer depuis le premier étage et la vue sur la colline de l'autre côté de la maison, le parc voisin de 12 hectares autour de la maison dispose de 900 oliviers. Mon logement est parfait pour les familles (avec enfants). (La maison n a pas de clôture, sauf côté route, donc n est pas idéale pour les animaux si trop explorateurs…)

Casetta RosaClara

Casetta RosaClara è un ex fienile all' interno della corte del Casale del Gelso (antico casale di fine 800) situato nella campagna marchigiana. Indipendente, è formata da due mini appartamenti di circa 40mq ciascuno e comunicanti. Molto luminosa e panoramica, dispone di una terrazza/solarium e di un piacevole e bellissimo spazio, comune ai due ambienti, dove poterti rilassare e rinfrescare. Appena ristrutturata dispone di tutte le comodità armonizzando la tradizione con le moderne esigenze.

La casa si trova nel cuore del centro storico, a due passi dal mare. Le finestre si affacciano sui tetti di Pesaro e il terrazzo è un piccolo gioiello dove trascorrere le serate estive insieme alla famiglia e agli amici. Le giornate invernali invece, saranno allietate dal caminetto. Gli spazi conservano il sapore tipicamente italiano, grazie ai pavimenti in cotto e alle porte antiche marchigiane. la casa è circondata da negozi, librerie, ristoranti, e dista pochi passi da un supermercato.

La “Dimora nel Borgo” è una accogliente abitazione nel centro storico medioevale di Maiolati Spontini, in essa si respira una atmosfera rilassata e confortevole, data dalla recente e accurata ristrutturazione, e dall'ambiente circostante tranquillo e silenzioso,  all'interno di un cortile di altri tempi. A pochi metri dall'abitazione ci sono sempre parcheggi disponibili e gratuiti, non ci sono restrizioni ZTL riguardanti il centro storico. La casa è completa di tutti i servizi.

The Tavignano estate is located in the heart of the Marche region, within the famous DOC of Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, between the valleys of the river Esino and the Musone on one side, and between the Apennines and the sea on the other side.
