We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

Guests enter via their own private entrance with key pad. Sit and relax in a fully fenced backyard with a shaded gazebo, BBQ and firepit . This lovely apartment has been newly renovated. Main kitchen is upstairs, make arrangements with Julia for time and duration. J's On Sudbury is conveniently located, within walking distance to Malls, Cafes, Groceries, Banking, restaurants and bus stop. J's On Sudbury is only 9 minutes from the London Airport,and easily accessible to the universities.

Walking distance to Tim Horton's, RBC bank, variety stores, pizza pick up, town swimming pool, cannabis store and liquor & beer . Only 20 minutes London or Woodstock . It's important to note that our quaint unit does have a saniflo toilet and pumping system(ie. maceration system) which means there is noise associated with flushing and drainage. Please inquire if more info is needed!!
