Come visit this adorable apartment in Butte, Alaska! With an amazing view of the breathtaking Pioneer Peak mountain in the backyard and the Matanuska River nearby, you will not regret spending time here. The upstairs unit is rustic, with custom made trim and wainscoting panels, the space has a log cabin feel. With decor to inspire one’s desire to explore and get in-tune with nature. It sleeps four comfortably, with a queen size bed in the bedroom and queen size mattress for extra guest to use.

1100sq ft cabin on a quiet airstrip. In a safe quiet neighborhood. This is a small home with a bedroom, a bathroom and all the basic amenities you would need for a short or extended stay! It is rural so we get the northern lights often and the air strip is perfect for viewing. 15 minutes from Palmer and Wasilla.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Close to downtown Wasilla and only minutes away from restaurants. Take a 30 min drive to the top of Hatcher’s Pass and visit the Independence Mine and take a scenic drive over to Willow. Take a 1 hr drive to Talkeetna. Or go the opposite direction 1.5 hrs to Matanuska Glacier and take a guided tour out on the glacier! NO SMOKERS please as we live here as well and don’t enjoy the smell of cigarette smoke around our home. Thank you.

Our 2021 constructed craftsmen cottage is nestled in the woods but very close to Palmer. This is a quiet 8 acre parcel but only 5 minutes from breweries, shops and restaurants in downtown Palmer. Close to Hatcher Pass, Independence Mine, Glaciers, Hiking, Musk Ox and Reindeer farms. The owner's house is also on the property and they are available to you throughout your stay. The owners have lived in Alaska for over 40 years and are committed to helping you with all there is to experience!

Newer custom 860 square foot ground level apartment attached to a 2500 square foot shop. Shop noise will be minimized during your stay. The apartment is a 10 minute drive from downtown Palmer, 25 minutes from Hatcher Pass and a beautiful 45 minute drive from north Anchorage (60 minutes from the airport). The apartment is a great base location to explore Alaska with easy driving to hiking, fishing and local tourist attractions. Alaska state fairgrounds are a quick 15 minute drive away.

The suite has a private entrance, full bath, queen bed, TV, and wifi. The kitchenette has a small fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, hot plate, and basic tableware. This is a great base location to explore Alaska with easy driving to hiking, fishing and local tourist attractions.

Caribou Hideaway

The Caribou hideaway is a roomy apartment with a queen bed and a pull-out memory foam queen size sleeper. You have room to lounge, play a game, watch a movie, or get caught up on work. A coffee bar, mini-fridge, and microwave are in the room as well. Just outside your door, you are surrounded by beautiful birch trees and plenty of space to stroll along maintained trails and get some fresh air. The property has a firepit and outdoor seating all for your enjoyment.

Guest Suite -Bigger Than a tiny home

This is a large guest suite on the first floor with Private Entrance, Private En-Suite Bathroom, Large Dressing Room, Refrigerator, microwave, dining table and sleeper sofa. The entrance is private and is accessed from the private driveway. Outside there is a bar-B-Que Grill, Firepit and yard. If a need arises during your stay, we are an email or phone call away. We look forward to hosting you. There isn't a sink in the main room.
