A spacious 3 bedroom self-catering house. Maintained to a very high standard. Situated in a small country village a few hundred yards from the banks of the River Shannon. Friendly local community with lovely walks, and local pubs. Wonderful Christmas Festival nearby in Carrick-on-Shannon. Try The Brandywell in Dromod. We recommend The Silver Eel Restaurant 10 mins by car. There is also a convenience store nearby. 35 minute drive from Strokestown House.

Farnaught Farmhouse Apartment, Lough Rynn, Mohill.

Our apartment is suitable for solo travellers, families, friends people with reduced mobility who are visiting South Leitrim, the Midlands and the West of Ireland. It is a suitable location to sit back, relax and unwind after the day. Guests have full access to the complete property with a patio area outside the back door of the apartment. The patio gets the sun from early afternoon until the sun sets. We are located 5 min. drive from Lough Rynn Hotel.

Peacock House

The Peacock House is located within the Lismore Demesne. It was once the dairy and workers cottage. From the 1980s onwards it was used to house peacocks, giving the cottage its name. After being left dormant for 80 years it was lovingly restored three years ago. These days it is a bright and cozy cottage offering tranquil views of mature trees and park land. There is private access to forest walks along the Doney Stream just outside the doorstep.
