The house is situated in the lovely & quiet residential area of Elmfield in Ryde, only 2 km from City Centre & 1.5 km from the white sandy beach at Appley. A bright, relaxed family home in West Wittering village, a short walk from the famous sandy beach and the village pub. Suits an extended family group or 2 small families sharing. The amazing living space includes a large modern kitchen/family room, separate TV room and a large playroom with table tennis, pool table and lots of toys. A large garden surrounds the house and includes a shady eating area, a lovely south-facing sun deck, an hot shower, a fire pit and a play area with zip wire/ slide.

Stunning Cottage, Perfect Location + Parking

Gorgeous Cottage in Perfect Location, Windsor - a truly beautiful place to be. Perfect for a staycation, relocators & families. Absolutely no parties or events, as I live close by guests will be asked to leave - we have to be very considerate of our neighbours. No loud sounds after 10pm. Walk to town in around 15minutes where you will be able to visit all of the shops and sights . Alternatively hop in the car and drive to Legoland in around 5 minutes or Ascot Racecourse in just over 10.

Our delightful cottage provides the best of old world charm and modern convenience. It is a pretty 17th Century thatched cottage in a small village, furnished to a high standard with a lovely mature garden. We have a well equipped kitchen and cater for young children with 2 high chairs, travel cots & toys. Located in the New Forest National Park and not far to the coast, Paultons Park & other attractions. My place is good for couples, families with children and small groups.

Handy for the Historic Ships, University, Southsea Common/Seafront. Good transport links or close enough to walk. Guests love the kitchen and outdoor dining area with gas BBQ, an exceptionally spacious family holiday home (stair gates, high chair, cots) with a cool collection of vintage board games.
