Condo is perfect for a couple or small family and is STREET LEVEL. 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom in The Villages STONERIDGE, Building C, location that sleeps up to 6. Ski-in/ski-out with trail access. Outdoor pool and hot tub (in the summer months) is a short 5 minute walk or drive. Spacious living room with leather couches. Added sleeping options include a queen pull out couch. The outdoor pool/hot tub opens Friday, May 22 for the 2026 season.
