The house sits on a 1/2 acre lot, that is enclosed with a chainlink fence, for those of you who are bringing a pet.

The house has a 30,000-gallon, 20 x 40-foot, indoor, heated, saltwater pool. The house has two living areas, each with an 86" TV and very comfy couches. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies as well as a beautiful 48" oven.
