The house is located on a beautiful private parcel surrounded by trees and bordered by a peaceful waterway hiking trail.

Private office and high speed internet offers distance work/school and fold out couch. Private deck with seating for 6 overlooking the pond and a private gazebo. Gate to irrigation canal offers leisurely strolls to a waterfall.

Within a few minutes' drive are numerous hiking trails and river swimming holes, and everywhere the beautiful natural surroundings of the foothills of the Sierra Mountains.

Enjoy our comfortable one bedroom log cabin (King bed), with kitchenette, patio with waterfall and private hot tub. 3.5 mi. from the Yuba River with many deep pools, and huge warm boulders. 3 mi. from downtown Nevada City, live theatre, music, art, fine dining and boutique shopping. There is spotty cell service, but you can text via wifi. If you need a fast strong connection please consider that this may not be the place for you.
