Steephill Studio is a self-contained, detached building, with a modern kitchen and shower room downstairs and a large sitting room leading into a bedroom area - Perfect for solo travellers or couples. The Studio has Sky TV and SuperFast broadband to aid working from home. There is off-road parking and your own patio area for enjoying the garden. The Studio is accessed via the garden gate and has its own security light, path and stable door. Dogs are welcome to stay for an extra fee of £50.

We are situated in a very beautiful spot of Sussex, 10 minutes to Ashdown Forest and only 20 minutes from Gatwick. We are 3 miles away from the center of the charming market town of East Grinstead. Unfortunately there is no public transport close to us so best to have a car.

Boutique Barn in a peaceful rural setting, separate from the main house with its own private entrance and off-street parking. Comfortable living/dining room and separate kitchen with ceramic hob, combination microwave, air fryer and coffee machine. Surrounded by beautiful National Trust countryside with excellent walks from the doorstep and welcoming local pubs nearby. Convenient for Gatwick Airport and Redhill mainline station, with easy links to London.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
