Ideal location for exploring Brecon and the surrounding National Park. A few minutes walk from open country in one direction, and five minutes from the town centre in the other. The cottage, opposite the Cathedral, adjoins one of Brecon's finest Georgian buildings, Grade II listed Priory Hill House, with which it shares a lovely half-acre garden on the banks of the River Honddu, with spectacular views of Pen y Fan. The Little Twmp barn is set in 3 acres of well tendered gardens and farm land, just outside Bronllys. The property, is very conveniently situated, 6 miles from Hay on Wye & 6 miles from Brecon. Its slightly elevated position boasts spectacular view's of the Black Mountain's. The Wye Valley is very famous for it's Mountain's, Valley's and River's. Walking, climbing, mountain biking, canoeing, fishing, pony trekking and for those that love the country side, it's just on our door step.

Pretty Studio in Private Courtyard Setting.

Dolfan Barn Studio is so named because an artist once worked here, prior to that it was a cow byre. Just under a mile out of the village of Beulah the Studio is a perfect place to unwind. You will find plenty of wildlife to watch from the patio including Pheasants Squirrels and Red Kites. The village has a service station, shop and "The Trout Cafe" serving good home cooked food. Freesat T.V and Wifi If you wish to stay connected to the outside world or peace and quiet if not.
