Welcome to my home In a quiet residential area just 15 minutes walk into the town of brecon Which has a good array of super markets, coffee shops restaurants and things to do also has transport links to all surrounding areas including Cardiff and Swansea hay on wye and crickhowell there is a lovely cathedral in town and the brecon to Monmouth canal starts beside brecon theatre you can walk or cycle to tal y Bont and stop in the numerous pubs along the way for a light lunch and a drink

Walkable to the village of Llyswen which has 2 pubs, a local shop and access to the river Wye. Close to most outdoor activities including walking, cycling and climbing. The bedroom is in a converted barn with its own access. Ideally located for walkers and easy access to the Royal Show Ground. Please note that the access to the house is via a fairly steep and narrow lane (last section is a track with loose gravel), not suitable for HGVs. We now provide super fast internet!!
