Perfectly located seaside house

Southwold's beach and famous beach huts are just a few off-road steps away and the high street with its independent shops, pubs and eateries are just round the corner. I genuinely love hosting and I prepare the house myself making sure that each guest is carefully catered for and has a very special stay.

Bunting - a lovely seaside cottage with garden

Built in 1905, Bunting is a cosy cottage in the heart of Southwold, which is surely the epitome of the traditional English seaside resort. The cottage was completely remodelled inside in 2019, and the garden was landscaped with a coastal theme in June 2020. It is opposite a lovely park with children's swings, next to St Edmund's church. Southwold's famous beach, lighthouse, Edwardian pier and high street with its high quality shops, pubs and restaurants are all less than five minutes walk away.

The Old Bakery is a detached house set back behind Connaught Avenue, right in the centre of Frinton on Sea. It has 2 double bedrooms for 4 people and a sofa bed for an additional 2. There are 2 bathrooms. A travel cot and high chair are available and would be put up ready for you if requested. The Hauck Nordic travel cot is top of the range The house is close to the Tennis Club, the clifftop, the sea and beach, shops, restaurants, and cafes. Free parking. Our beautiful 3 bedroom Victorian house, packed with period features, is 10 mins walk to the high street and beach, and 20 mins walk to the harbour. The house has just been renovated and includes stripped wooden floorboards, original fireplaces, a wood burning stove, roll top bath and kingsize beds with sumptuous linen. Large 4 bedroom home situated in the heart of the beautiful seaside town of Southwold. Perfect for families or large groups, comfortably accommodates 7 people. Guests will have the use of the whole house, garden, patio and conservatory. Less than 10 minute walk to the pier, beach and into town to access all of Southwold's great pubs and independent shopping. Dogs very welcome and the house has a large garden but please note the back of the garden is not completely fenced off.

Entire house in Stowmarket, a five minute walk to the train station with direct links to London, Cambridge, Norwich, Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds. Grade 2 Listed with a modern and minimal fitted kitchen and bathroom. 2 Large bedrooms with exposed beams looking out onto a peaceful village green.
