Characterful town house on Elm Hill

Situated on Norwich's historic Elm Hill, this luxurious townhouse offers the perfect blend of comfort, contemporary design and character. Its quirky interior reflects its 500 year old life as a weavers house, now updated for modern city living. It backs onto a park and river walks. Dogs are welcome! There are two double bedrooms and a sofa-bed is available upon request. We are sorry but the staircases and uneven floors make it unsuitable for young children or those with limited mobility.

The Barn is a grade 2 listed, detached thatched Barn. A fine balance of the old and new. Converted to a modern, 21st Century dwelling, it is warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The very well equipped kitchen has everything you'll need. The extending dining table seats 8. The bedroom has exposed beams, a reclaimed pine floor, ash staircase and by all accounts nice, comfy beds. fast wifi is included. The small private garden is just for you. The location is rural, peaceful, safe and quiet.

Shepherd's Hut Retreat

Nestled by our lake our shepherd's hut offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. This quaint retreat features a comfortable bed, a small seating area, kitchen, toilet & shower also a wood burner that keeps the space toasty at night. Outside, a wood-fired hot tub awaits, offering a relaxing soak with stunning views of nature. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a solo retreat, our Shepherd's Hut provides an idyllic escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The Annexe at Ringsfield

We would love to welcome you to come and rest in this calm, clean and well-presented home. The Annexe at Ringsfield is a detached single storey dwelling set in the one-acre grounds of our home in the popular market town of Aylsham. We are ideally located for trips to the North Norfolk Coast, the Broads or the medieval city of Norwich. Closer to home is the National Trust property Blickling Hall, the Bure Valley steam Railway and miles of footpaths through the beautiful Norfolk countryside.

The Coach House

The Coach House is a boutique, recently renovated detached property with period features including its own private terrace. It is surrounded by gardens featuring specimen trees making it a haven for nature lovers. It is an ideal bolt-hole. The Coach House is within a 5 minute bike ride of a network of cycle paths (including the Marriot's Way) which travel through beautiful open countryside and wetlands. The Coach House is ideally situated just 30 minutes from both Norwich and the North Coast.

Dating back to 1811, our beautiful barn is the perfect location for families, couples, foodies, golfers and nature lovers alike! Close to the stunning North Norfolk coast, Norwich and the Norfolk Broads, this is a great base for exploring and visiting the local attractions. Whether it's a romantic mini-break, a holiday with the kids, or a base for exploring, The Barn offers a characterful, clean & comfortable retreat (and we have a great pub just down the road!) Carpenters Yard is a stylish boutique detached cottage in the heart of the Norfolk countryside. Completely renovated to the highest standard, perfect for couples seeking a peaceful village retreat equidistant from the North Norfolk coast and Norwich. Guests can relax in front of the wood burner or soak up the sun in the pretty private garden. Georgian Holt and Marriotts Way cycle path are nearby. With private parking we are perfect for a weekend away or longer stay any time of the year.

The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

The Gables Cottage is a lovely place to have a little break and explore Norfolk’s beautiful countryside. Our cottage has recently been renovated and refreshed. There is a new super king Relyon bed and mattress, new shower, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. Our location is very convenient being quite close to Norwich, broads and the stunning seaside. You could enjoy its cosy front garden or have breakfast on the patio at the back of the property. Onsite parking is available.
