Nel residence Geremeas Mare, vicino alla magnifica spiaggia di Geremeas, fra Cagliari e Villasimius, e a circa 35 km dall'aeroporto di Cagliari, il complesso si compone di edifici a tre piani e diversi corpi più piccoli distribuiti nella folta vegetazione mediterranea: appartamento semi indipendente al piano terra con giardino di 1000 mq circa composto da ingresso, salone con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, cucinotto completamente attrezzato, camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con vasca, veranda con vista mare dove e' possibile anche mangiare all'aperto e si gode di una quiete e di un panorama davvero sensazionali. L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito.

La casa Banano vede il mare, ha una piscina privata e sul retro un cortile con piante di banano e un barbecue. Gli spazi esterni sono arredati per pranzare e prendere il sole a bordo piscina. Sten'S House, a terrace on the sea

Lasciatevi cullare dal rumore del mare che, soprattutto la notte, accompagnerà le vostre serate di relax. Questa è la Sten House, una graziosa villetta che si affaccia sul mare di Costa Rei posta all’interno di un riservato condominio. Dal cortile si giunge nell'ampia veranda nella quale potrete perdervi a guardare l’orizzonte del mare cristallino che vi farà da cornice regalando, ai più mattinieri, lo spettacolo dell’alba dove il cielo si tinge di rosa e il sole ti da il buongiorno.

We are excited to share our new Italian seaside home with you - just 10 minutes away by foot to the beach. A home built in the 80s by Italian agronomists who planted a beautiful garden adorned with cedar, olive, and rose pepper trees. The villa boasts a beautiful patio where you can relax and enjoy the serenity of Feraxi - sounds of birds, seaside waves and quietness. What stands out the most however is dining in our courtyard under a beautiful lemon tree.

B&B Ferricci - Solanas - Dépendance

Appartamento con terrazza privata e vista panoramica sulle colline circostanti e sul mare. L'appartamento è dotato di zona living con angolo cottura, una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, due divani e un bagno privato. Il B&B è situato in cima ad una collina, lontano dal rumore del traffico e delle città. Perfetto per stare in relax e godersi una rilassante vacanza. La colazione, compresa nel prezzo, viene servita ogni mattina nella veranda porticata.

Casa Cannas - Sardinian House (iun P5660)

A real sardinian "casa campidanese" in the middle of a little town. Casa Cannas was the house of my great uncle Giovanni. Built in the 40s, with traditional furniture but with all the comforts, garden with car spot, in a little street in Villaputzu, 10 minutes from Porto Corallo, 15 from the wild Murtas beach and about 30 minutes from the famous Castiadas and Villasimius beaches.

With its 10 km of white sand, Costa Rei is one of the most beautiful bays in the Mediterranean and, as the Lonely Planet guide states, even in the world. The beach is white, the water is crystal clear and the seabed is very shallow - ideal for children.
