Completely furnished and supplied with all household needs. Centrally located between I-95, shopping/restaurants and beach. Check-in is 3:00p-8:00p. No check-in after 8:00p please. When booking please notify me of the estimated time you will arrive. This is a non-smoking apartment. No pets allowed. We cannot accommodate trailers.

Vita Nova is a newly renovated carriage house that has vintage charm with a modern feel. It is detached from the main bungalow, which was built in 1922 in the heart of Jax. This cozy 1 bed 1 bath has a small kitchenette available that includes a coffee bar with a Keurig and K-cups, microwave, toaster oven, mini refrigerator/freezer, and a brand new water filtration system so the water tastes delicious right from the tap. Entire apartment located in Historic Springfield. The apartment is warm and inviting with burgundy walls, a library sofa and tulip oval table The bedroom has a queen size bed. On 3rd floor, no elevator. Be sure to read the house rules and neighborhood description so that there are no surprises after your reservation is confirmed. Ring cameras monitor all the entrances and are motion activated.

Secluded/Relaxing Farmhouse 20 min from airport

Farmhouse style one bedroom bungalow. Driving down you will be welcomed by the beautiful mossy 100+ year oaks that are as well all over the property, sit down by the emerald green pond and enjoy the fresh air. Pool is off limits. Just come and pet the Donkeys ( Chloe and Clementine) mother and daughter duo that love attention.

Upstairs bungalow located above garage. Private and quiet surroundings located in downtown St. Marys. Walk to shopping and dining. Very close proximity to Cumberland Island ferry.
