2 story town home on Amelia Island, FL is just a quick 1.5 block walk to the beach. The pool and tennis courts are just steps away from the front door. Master with King-sized bed and Queen bed in second bedroom. Both bedrooms are upstairs, which is great for people who want to go to bed before other guests. There's a nice large deck to relax & listen to the water fountain in the adjacent pond. The condo is furnished with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, linens, chairs, cooler, pool toys, etc…

Our beautiful beach condo has been in our family for 37 years. Just a short 2 blocks to the sand and ocean and a stone's throw to the pool and tennis court. Our children and grandchildren love coming to Fernandina Beach - we hope the same for you and your family! Beach chairs, umbrella, 2 adult bikes, beach towels and a few sand digging toys are available to make your stay enjoyable. When not in the pool or on the beach - Fort Clinch is a bike ride away! We look forward to sharing our condo!

This fully renovated condo is in The Sandcastles complex within Amelia Island Plantation. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, a flex room that can be used as an office or a sleeping space with a king trundle bed. Single kayaks & gas golf cart are included to explore Drummond Park, Walker's Landing, Nature Center, mini golf, multiple shops and restaurants all within Amelia Island Plantation. The location is great, views are incredible and is a very comfortable space for couples, and small families!
