It does not affect the unit view however as the work they do is carried out during standard New Zealand working hours and may cause some daytime noise in the surrounding area or partial road blockages. Our rates have already been adjusted to reflect this, and we appreciate your understanding as the area undergoes improvements. Please note that no further compensation not will be provided.

Our peaceful, private apartment is conveniently placed. It is close to town, yet far enough away to feel out of the hustle and bustle of the busy tourist centre. You will have sole use of the apartment. As well as a very comfortable living space, there is a lovely, private front deck with amazing views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkable Mountains - just perfect for your morning coffee or pre dinner drinks. Carpark included.
