No 2 piso ficam os 3 quartos e a casa de banho com a banheira. Cada quarto tem uma cama de casal. Dois dos quartos tem também uma secretária para trabalhar. A casa tem estacionamento privado. Taxa Turistica Municipal já é adicionada ao preço (1 Eur/noite/adulto,até 5 Eur por adulto)

The villa is located on a large plot of land close to the centre of the Praia D’el Rey resort. Four bedrooms with three bathrooms in the house, which will be completely refurbished and refurnished in early 2023. Fully equipped kitchen and dining areas both inside and out of the house.
