This is the updated basement with its own separate entrance, bath, kitchen and Laundry room in my home. There is almost 700 sq feet to use or if you need a private getaway or crash pad. Loft style, their is no door on the bedroom. We do not block days at all in if it shows not available it isn't. We do not allow pets as host is allergic.

T's Place

The space is a recently renovated basement studio with a private entrance. There is a parking place for you and a lighted path to the left that leads down to the studio. The studio has a queen bed, a bathroom with tub and shower and a dressing room area that some use for an office. The kitchen has most anything you will need. We live upstairs, so you will hear footsteps and kitchen activity. The yard is huge and fenced- in, perfect for pets. The walk to Lane Stadium is only 15 minutes!

During your stay in the penthouse at One City Plaza, you can enjoy the convenience of downtown living in a quiet, secure 1600 sq. ft. apartment. Located in the heart of Downtown Floyd, the family owned and operated Farmer's Supply building has recently been brought back to life and houses two commercial tenants and boutique Airbnbs, known as The Farmer's Supply. With the addition of local photography and art, we hope to keep the local culture at the center of our guests' experience.
