Stay in a luxury shepherds hut in the stunning Surrey Hills, only an hour from London. A perfect couples escape with a beautiful hot tub under the trees and a wood fired sauna experience bookable as an optional extra. We are located near Box Hill so you can enjoy countryside walks with spectacular views and visit some lovely local gastropubs. We are dog friendly for an extra fee. Welcome to our peaceful, detached annex offering flexibility, comfort and outdoor space. International guests will find us conveniently situated within 30mins drive of London Gatwick and Heathrow Airports (traffic permitting) and 40mins by train into central London. Ideal for those needing a base to enjoy the delights that Surrey has to offer or somewhere quiet to work from.

Restful one bedroom retreat in the beautiful Surrey Hills ANOB. Renovated to the highest standard. Easy access for walkers and cyclists or those just wanting to get away from it all. With your own off road parking and outside space. Access to extensive network of footpaths, bridle paths and cycling routes on the doorstep. Lovely, light spacious annex with en-suite shower room. It has a separate entrance and access to a deck. Off street parking is available. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. The Dog House is situated in a corner of our garden, in the beautiful Surrey village of Newdigate. Ideal for walkers and cyclists, the village has an award winning real ale pub with great food, a village shop and an Indian restaurant. There are nature reserves and stunning walks and only 15 minutes from Gatwick, access to the airport couldn’t be easier. The historic towns of Dorking and Reigate are a short drive away and have a great range of shops, restaurants and antique shops.

In the village of Malden Rushett, Rushett studio is a self contained studio perfect for all guests. We are a 10 minute walk from the local theme park Chessington World of Adventures so perfect for a weekend away with the kids! We have a local pub The Shy Horse just a 10 minute walk away perfect for a meal with the kids or a quiet drink in front of the log fire. Explore the many walks around us with miles of public footpaths and beautiful scenery.

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. One towel per person is supplied. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on certain days of the week. This does rather depend on what time I have to go out in the morning, but often we can agree on a time. Please do enquire.

The Pumlay, charming barn in the Surrey Hills.

Enjoy a stay in a beautiful barn, in the heart of the Surrey Hills which this year celebrates its 65th anniversary of being designated "An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty". The fabulous Grange Park Opera at West Horsley Place (where the TV series “Ghosts” is filmed) is a 3 minute drive away. The spectacular RHS Wisley gardens are 10 minutes away.
