Spinney Cottage is a beautifully restored home located just outside the town of Pateley Bridge in Nidderdale, a short drive from the Yorkshire Dales and Harrogate. It is ideally located for walking in the countryside and also for visiting the spa town of Harrogate with the cities of York and Leeds an enjoyable day trip away. Ideal for families and couples wanting to enjoy the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage dates back to 1799 and was the millers cottage to the adjoining property, an old corn Mill. An idyllic location with easy access to many local footpaths and trails. No pets.

1855 Wash House, Town Centre Studio Cottage

The 1855 Wash House is a studio cottage, located within a minutes walk from Skipton High Street. It is on one level apart from one step down into the kitchen. The studio is situated at the rear of a Victorian terrace within the owners garden. There is an outdoor flagged area for guests with sheltered seating for 2. There is a permit parking space at the front of the cottage. Several early morning opening cafes are close by and Marks and Spencers Simply food is just around the corner.

Situated on the A59 between Harrogate and Skipton , this property has ample free parking. It is close to great walks with the reservoirs of Fewston, Swinsty and Thruscoss on our door step all within a few minutes drive . Further afield is the amazing Cow and Calf rocks at Ilkley and the beautiful Brimham Rocks just of the road to Pately Bridge.. The towns of Otley, Pately Bridge, Ilkley, Skipton and Harrogate are all close by and offer great independent shops, cafes and eateries .

Easily accessible for late night arrivals with no need to formally check in. Often used as a layover for travellers driving between South and Scotland.
