Dista dalla spiaggia più vicina di Porto Palo circa 5 km, dal centro città circa 6 Km. Nei pressi, il parco Archeologico di Selinunte (15 km), il borgo di Sciacca (25 Km), e la spiaggia Scala dei Turchi (80 Km). L'aereoporto di Palermo dista 1 ora circa.

The house overlooks a wide open space with an outdoor small kitchen and a garden with different kinds of mediterranean plant and trees that surround the villa. At the ground floor there is a large kitchen and living room with a chimney and sofabed; upstairsr there are a double bedroom and one with 2 single bed, an antechamber, a balcony, the bathroom. All the rooms have heating, windows (with net) and wardrobe. There is air conditioning either on the ground and the first floor

"Alla Riserva" Cottage is the perfect place to dive into the protected nature of the Zingaro Reserve. Immersing yourself among the naturalistic and maritime wonders of western Sicily, it is possible to easily reach the coves that reside around and the ancient tuna fishery of Scopello. The structure is located right at the beginning of the Zingaro Nature Reserve and it is possible to admire a splendid panorama.

Villa Toleda the sea and the nature

Our villa is a new building located in the beautiful Contrada Paternella in Terrasini. The sea is at a walking distance, you can reach it either through a stairs or going down a slope (this way you can go to a beatiful bay). It is possible to swim there when the sea is calm, otherwise you can go to the beach in Cinisi (5 chilometers away). Our place is located in an area half way from Palermo and Trapani.
