This bright, self-contained apartment is within to a family home, but the access between the two is completely blocked off, providing a fully private entrance and a standalone living space. The only shared area is the driveway, ensuring your stay feels like a separate home. 5-minute walk to the stunning beaches, Sutton DART station, the airport bus, and local bus stops. Pet Friendly! We warmly welcome pets. Our own friendly animals live in the adjoining family home.

Quiet seaside home near city, airport & Howth

In Bayside Sutton, 3 minutes walk from the sea, this house has everything you need for a great stay in Dublin. It is a 3 minute walk to the DART train station and the train takes just 20 minutes to the city. The airport is 20 minutes by taxi. Also close to Howth with its beautiful harbour and hiking trails. The house is our primary residence which we rent through AirBnB when we are away. Therefore it is much better equipped than the standard rental property.

The Huge Lane Gallery, Dublin Writers Museum and Garden of Remembrance in Parnell Square are all 5 minutes from the house. Dublins main thoroughfare O’Connell Street is a ten minute walk. Temple Bar, Trinity College, Stephen’s Green are easily accessed by foot or by public transport. There is a Light rail Luas Stop 70 metres from the house which goes to Stephen’s Green.
