Convenient public transport to town centre: 15 minutes to town centre by bus (2 min walk to bus stop), 10 minutes by DART (9 min walk to DART station). Busses and DART go every 10 minutes. Also convenient connection to Howth.

This self contained space is part of our family home in popular Stoneybatter but has its own entrance so you will be in a family home but with the added benefit of being self contained. This entrance area/Hall has a Kettle, Coffee Press, table & chairs. The room has a triple bed perfect for a couple or a family with young kid. Sometimes 3 adults. U18 must be accompanied by a parent. Books that may be of interest to read while lounging on fat boys! En-Suite has Toilet, Sink & Electric Shower.

The accommodation is close to the city (40 minutes - 1 hour by public transport) centre through various transport routes for shopping, parks and short stays. Enjoy amazing walks, delicious seafood or grab a pint and listen to some great music in one of the wonderful pubs. Plenty of room in our charming, very comfortable 1 bedroom cottage down a private lane. Living room and private bathroom with fabulous shower. NO KITCHEN but tea/coffee making facility, microwave and a small fridge.

We are 6 min walking distance from the Aviva Stadium and 10 min from RDS. The City Centre is within reach by DART in 13 min. Sandymount is a lovely small village with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, pharmacies and a Tesco supermarket. The nearby Sandymount Strand is reachable in 6 min by foot.

Private one- bedroom garden suite with its own entrance. 5 min walk/ Aviva Stadium 15 min/3 Arena and the RDS. 30 min walk to city centre and accessible by bus, taxi or DART. Though the suite is very private, it is an extension to our residence where we live, so we are nearby to help you with recommendations.
