The home features three bedrooms and a Murphy bed in the game room on the lower level. EV charger. Take advantage of our fire pit, hike through the vineyards down to our beautiful creek, or drive down the hill for direct lake access in Smith Park. New construction In the heart of the finger lakes. 1 mile from the Seneca lake wine/beer trail 7breweries and 17 wineries within 5 miles. 1 mile from the Finger Lakes National Forest, 15 minutes from Watkins glen. Lake view surrounding vineyards. Keep an eye on the sky while sitting on the porch and you may see a bald eagle. Don’t be surprised if a deer turkey. Fox etc wander through. No worries if there’s a power outage as all cabins have a backup generator that will turn on automatically.

The apartment is the lower left half of a remodeled farm-house and is your home away from home while you explore the Finger Lakes. The Guest House is steps away from delicious locally sourced food and beverages including seasonal cocktails. Enjoy the day on the wine trail, then park your car and enjoy a relaxing evening with delicious food and beverages at the Stonecat Cafe!
