The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. A great effort has gone into creating this space to allow you to simply relax and reset in nature.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

Cosy Cabin on 20 Acre Private Estate - Deer Lodge

The Deer Lodge is one of three nearly identical lodges set in a quiet wooded corner of our 20 acre estate on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. There are no roads bordering the guest areas so expect a quiet and peaceful stay, surrounded by nature and away from it all! The lodge has no cooking facilities but has a fridge with icebox as well as a selection of tea & coffee. We have a cosy indoor BBQ hut available to book for the evening with all cooking tools & charcoal provided.

The cottage is well equipped for self catering accommodation and is furnished as a farm cottage, with a light and cosy feel inside. We have spent a lot of time ensuring that there is everything you could want and need in the cottage to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The Hutts Clocktower is a standalone building and perfect for 2 people - located in the award winning Himalayan Garden & Sculpture Park which is an open-air gallery home to 80+ striking contemporary sculptures, showcased in a tranquil valley setting. It covers 45 acres of stunningly beautiful woodland, gardens & an arboretum - guests will have free access (even when closed) saving equivalent of £12 pp. See Website.

The Hare Shepherds Hut at Old Park House Farm

Or even indulge with a dip in your own private wood fired hot tub. The hut has all the amenities you need including a wood fired pizza oven. A village pub and shops just a short drive away.
