Enjoy all that Te Anau/Fiordland have to offer from the convenient location of our newly built private guest suite. An easy stroll to the beach/lakefront trail, and a 10-minute walk to the town centre. Soak up the gorgeous sunsets and mountain views from the extra comfy lounge chairs on your private front patio, or relax in your suite with all its modern ammenities – heating/air-conditioning, Wifi (fibre), TV with Netflix, and kitchenette with espresso machine, microwave/grill oven, and fridge.

Modern suite with river views

We offer a cosy private suite in a rural location with an ensuite and beautiful views. We live onsite with our dog & children. The suite has a bathroom with a bath, breakfast station with a table, toaster, jug and microwave (no kitchen). There's access to shared lawn however no access to the main house. Local shops and restaurants are a 5 min drive, there is no public transport close by. Downtown Queenstown is a 15 minute drive. We are usually pretty quiet and are often out and about.

Overlooking magnificent Lake Hayes, this two bedroom, two bathroom suite adjoins our newly built architecturally designed family home. With floor to ceiling views of Lake Hayes, Coronet Peak and surrounding mountains with your own private access and your own homely lounge area, this is the perfect retreat that is both close to the bustle of Queenstown, however in a tranquil country setting. Located a 10 minute drive from the airport or to Arrowtown and a 20 minute drive to Queenstown CBD.

Penrith Guest Suite with Lake & Mountain Views

Beautiful lake-side self-contained suite. 10 minutes drive from Wanaka with off-street parking and a 2 minute walk to lake beaches, bush walks, bike tracks. The suite is warm, clean and comfortable with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet and lounge. Bedrooms come with queen beds, wardrobes and bedside tables. Bathroom has walk-in shower, large bath and vanity. Lounge comes with hotel-style kitchenette, couch, smart-tv and dining table. Enjoy a sunny private outdoor area with BBQ.

The Waihopai Suite

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Waihopai Suite is attached to our house but very private. Situated at the private setting of Millton Park Estate, boasting vast established gardens and a large pond. Wake up to a garden view with wondering ducks, bunnies and the sound of native birdsong. Enjoy private access, free parking, quality bedding, ensuite, spacious wardrobe and kitchenette facilities. Feel free to explore the surrounding grounds and gardens while you are here

Separate quest suite, bedroom/lounge with ensuite

Relaxing rooms, private entrance, comfortable queen bed, alongside a lounge area and private bathroom. The rooms are attached to the main house. "Little Pos" our tabby cat lives on the property. She does not have access to your rooms. Note that cooking facilities are not available in the quest suite. Your private lounge is equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave and a small fridge for your convenience. Near the rail trail, close to cafes and supermarkets. No bikes inside rooms.

Panoramic Lake House - Close to Town

Wake up to picturesque views of the snowy peaks and crystal clear lake in this cosy, self-contained guest suite. Handy to town, ski fields and all of the amenities that Queenstown has to offer, this is the perfect getaway stay. The room boasts a large, panoramic view of the Remarkables and Cecil Peak and has its own ensuite, private entrance and kitchenette. Stay for as long as you like in this little slice of paradise because once you get here, you won’t want to leave.
